The new account holder will first need to register an account through our website. They can do this here.
After completing the necessary steps, the original account holder should send us an email from the email address associated with the current account, formally requesting the transfer of the company and its services.
To avoid any delays, please also include and CC the new email address used for the new account owner.
We will proceed with the transfer of the company, and provide confirmation once the transfer is complete.
