The complete collection of documents for a Public Limited Company (PLC) consists of the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Guarantor Certificate(s)
- Company Register with First Entries
- Trading Certificate for a Public Limited Company
It is a legal requirement for all PLCs to obtain a trading certificate before they start trading. We will prepare and submit to Companies House the application form for your trading certificate for a public company. Once it has been issued, we will deliver the certificate to you by Royal Mail Post.
