Yes, it is possible to obtain details of a missed call if you are subscribed to our standard Business Telephone Number service. To request information about the caller, please send an email to telephone@qualityformations.co.uk. We will then generate a report to retrieve the original caller ID.
If you have subscribed to our Business Telephone and Call Answering Service and are unable to answer a call, we will provide you with a comprehensive report containing the following information about the caller:
- Caller's name
- Caller's contact number
- Company they are calling from (if applicable)
- Person/department they requested to speak to (if applicable)
- The message taken by your dedicated Receptionist
