Yes, in most instances your username will be the same email address that you registered with.
How to log in?
1. Navigate to the Client Login page
2. Type in your username (this will most likely be your email address)
3. Type in your password (this will have been created by you)
If you have forgotten your username or password, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click the 'forgotten password' reset link on the Client Login page
2. Enter your email address or username
3. You will be sent a reset password link via email. Please proceed to follow the instructions to reset your password
If you have not received an email, it may be because your username is either a different email address, or you have changed your username to something else.
