After you have purchased our Confirmation Statement Service, you will be sent an email from our Confirmation Statements Team. This email will contain a ‘Get Started’ or 'File Now' button. Please click this button and complete the questionnaire.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may sometimes appear there.

If you wish to change the SIC code(s) for your company, you should confirm the codes that you are seeking to use. If you select “no changes”, your SIC code(s) will not be updated.

Once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted back to us, we will be able to undertake the filing of your company's confirmation statement based on your responses.
