If your company has been dissolved, there are a few options available to you:
1) Administrative Restoration
An application can sometimes be made to Companies House to bring the company back into existence. This can only be used for companies that have been dissolved due to a compulsory strike-off by Companies House.
2) Court Restoration
Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 allows for a Court Order to restore a company, where administrative restoration is not possible.
3) Form a new company
It can be a lot cheaper and quicker to simply set up a new company with the same name, if the same company name is still available. This can be done by purchasing any of the packages on our website, and your company should then be formed within 24 hours.
