The Business Address Service offers our customers the option to have their general mail correspondence delivered to our address. This service is particularly beneficial for receiving items sent by suppliers, customers, banks, and other business-related entities.

It is important to note that the Business Address Service does not cover government official mail. Such mail is handled separately and is typically covered by either the Registered Office Address or Service Address services.

When utilising the Business Address Service, our dedicated mail team will handle and process the received items with care. Any mail of value, such as bank cards, will be forwarded by post to the forwarding address provided. This will be charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%. However, there are certain restrictions in place to ensure the smooth operation of the service. Specifically, our team will decline items that exceed a weight of 5kg or have dimensions larger than 50x50cm.
