The most common reason for your ID (Credas) check failing is that the document you uploaded was not clear enough for the app to read.
We recommend taking a picture of your document in a well-lit room and making sure your ID is readable and clear with no glare or blur.
If your check has failed, you can use the same code to log in to Credas and upload your ID document again.
