After you have successfully confirmed your status as a registered accountant, it will no longer be necessary for us to conduct identification checks on your clients (unless they are utilising our address services).
If you have not yet undergone the verification process, or if your clients are making use of our address services, our standard identification checks will still be conducted.
90% of our customers are not required to submit ID documents, as we conduct a digital verification of their identity and address using the information provided in their company order form.
If your digital check fails, then we have teamed up with CREDAS to provide you with a state-of-the-art mobile App to digitally certify and send us your proof of ID in just 5 minutes, for no additional cost.
Our ID Team will send you an invitation by email with simple instructions on how to use the App. We recommend you use your client's passport as proof of ID and one of the following proof of address documents dated within the past 3 months:
- Bank statement
- Gas, Water, Electricity Bill
- Mortgage statement
- Landline Telephone Bill
- TV licence
